Handling Joining formalities of the New employees

Check and Collect the documents from the New Joiner as per the standard checklist

Maintain all employees personal files with the required documents

Generate Appointment and Confirmation letters of the Branch employees

Issuing of ID Cards / Business cards to the employees

Issuing of Uniforms for all the staffs based on the standards of the company

Allocation of Employee Code and access to Biometrics

Follow up with Head Office for Back ground check for the New Joiners. 

Handle Employee Grievances 

Prepare Salary Input of the Branch and respond to compensation queries. 

Handle Exit Formalities of left employees.

Handle the PF Withdrawal process of left employees without any issues.

*Recruiter Job Role*

Taking Care of Internal Recruitment of the Organization.

Updating the vacancies tracker on regular basis and plan accordingly

Short-listing and screening application of candidates 

Conducting telephonic round of interview of the candidates

Taking face to face interview of the shortlisted candidates

Taking Reference from the existing employees.

Follow up with the selected candidates till joining. 

Updating and maintaining Manpower Database

Qualification: MBA / MSW / Post Graduate / Graduate
